Tesla gets German environmental authority approval for site expansion

BERLIN -- Environmental authorities in the German state of Brandenburg, where Tesla has its gigafactory, have approved the automaker's application to expand its Gruenheide plant, another hurdle cleared in the automaker's growth plans.
