Hyundai enters sub-€25,000 EV fray with Inster minicar

BUSAN, South Korea — Hyundai is entering the fray for affordable electric vehicles with the Inster, a new all-electric  minicar with SUV styling that it hopes will compete against bargain-budget offerings from rivals in Europe and help fend off the onslaught of cheap EVs from China.
