STOCKHOLM -- Volvo said it will deliver its EX90 SUV to the first customers in Europe and the U.S. before the end of this month after the model's market launch experienced extensive delays.
The automaker's flagship full-electric vehicle arrives roughly two years later than planned because of software issues.
In addition, Volvo is alerting customers around the world that key features in the EX90 may not be available when they take delivery.
Volvo has provided a list of the features and functionalities that may be delayed.
Volvo will ramp up deliveries in Europe and the U.S. as well as additional market in the fourth quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2025, it said in a statement Sept. 4.
