EU data shows PHEVs emit 350% more CO2 than tested values

PARIS -- Plug-in hybrids emit 350 percent more CO2 emissions in real-world driving than their laboratory test values, results of the EU’s first year of collecting data using on-board fuel consumption monitors showed.
