India’s Motherson eyes buyout of troubled Marelli in bid to be top 10 mega supplier, report says

Mega supplier Marelli Corp., the troubled Italian-Japanese parts maker for Nissan and Stellantis, is weighing a buyout bid from India’s Motherson Group that could catapult the Indian rival into the top 10 ranking of international suppliers, Japan’s Nikkei newspaper reported.
