Ex-Daimler boss Dieter Zetsche tapped for new auto-focused SPAC

Kensington Capital, whose blank-check companies have already taken public QuantumScape and Wallbox has tapped former Daimler chief Dieter Zetsche as vice chairman for a fourth automotive-focused special purpose acquisition company.
