Polestar SPAC deal raises $890 million for Tesla rival

Polestar is expanding its product range with three new EVs, including two SUVs, by 2024. The first, the Polestar 3 (shown), will debut in October.

Polestar and Gores Guggenheim said Thursday that they had they completed their merger, raising approximately $890 million in gross proceeds for the EV maker.
