VW's integrity chief on diesel scandal: 'We must not forget what happened'

This week, Volkswagen expects to emerge from its U.S. court-appointed monitorship under Larry Thompson. When the former deputy U.S. Attorney cleans out his office in Wolfsburg it will mark the end of the government's involvement in the diesel scandal it helped uncover five years ago.
