Under the direction of Harald Kroeger, a Daimler veteran who joined Bosch in 2017, the megasupplier created its Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division to speed up development and reduce complexity in software-intensive electronics.
Bringing thousands of employees from Bosch’s existing multimedia, powertrain solutions, chassis systems control and automotive electronics divisions, Kroeger has been named the Automotive News Europe Supplier Division Head Eurostar for 2020.
He discussed Bosch’s strategy for the new division in an interview.
