Toyota, VW winners as Italy sales rise 15% in November

MILAN -- New-car sales in Italy rose 15 percent to 119, 853 in November, transport ministry data showed.

Toyota Group was the fastest growing automaker with a 37 percent jump, while Volkswagen Group rose 28 percent.

Stellantis increased sales 2 percent, with the Fiat brand falling 8 percent.

Through November, registrations fell 12 percent to 1.21 million.
