Faurecia, Hella combination to be known as Forvia

Faurecia Koller — Faurecia CEO Patrick Koller is guiding his company through its first year of independence from PSA Group after being divested in the merger of PSA and Fiat Chrysler to form Stellantis.

PARIS -- After Faurecia's acquisition of a controlling stake in Hella, the combined company will be known as Forvia, the two suppliers said Monday.
