Stellantis has restarted production at its minivan plant in Canada after a two-week shutdown to assess the effects of U.S. tariffs on imported vehicles. The automaker also has called back more than half of the 900 workers it temporarily laid off this month at stamping and transmission factories in Michigan and Indiana.
